The Costway 91cm electric fireplace is a wide-format electric fire that installs recessed or wall-mounted, warming rooms up to 37m² with switchable 750W and 1500W heat. It's pitched at families: a child lock on the remote and quiet operation set it apart from the brand's simpler inserts. Running cost is easy to gauge — 1500W at around 26p/kWh is roughly 39p an hour, dropping to about 20p on the 750W eco setting, so you only pay for the heat you actually need. As zone heating for a single room, an electric fire like this avoids warming unused spaces. The display is generous: 7 flame colours, 12 ember-bed colours, 5 brightness levels and 5 speed settings, with the flames and glowing embers running independently of the heat for summer use.
