AirconditionerUK is a trading name of Twin Peak Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16454777, registered office Taymar, Shepherds Place, Kineton, Warwick, CV35 0NS). We collect only what we need to take your order and run the shop:

• Identity and contact details — your name, email address, delivery and billing address and phone number (if provided)
• Order details — what you bought, order value and delivery information
• Payment information — handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card details on our systems
• Correspondence — emails and messages you send our support team
• Technical and usage data — cookies, device and browsing information collected via analytics when you use the site

• To fulfil your order — process payment, arrange delivery and provide after-sales support. Lawful basis: performance of a contract.
• To run and protect our business — prevent fraud, keep records and improve our products and service. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests.
• To meet legal obligations — for example tax and accounting records. Lawful basis: legal obligation.
• To send marketing (only if you opt in) and to set non-essential cookies. Lawful basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We share your data only with parties that help us deliver your order, and never sell it:

• Our fulfilment / supply partners (such as Costway, EcoAir, Pro Breeze, Meaco and Igenix) to pick, pack and despatch your item
• Couriers (such as DHL, DPD, DX) to deliver it and provide tracking
• Payment processors to take payment securely
• Analytics and IT providers that help us run the website
• Authorities or advisers where we're legally required to disclose information

We use essential cookies to make the site and basket work, and non-essential analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site working.

We aim to keep your data within the UK and the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data outside these areas, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place (such as UK-approved Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision) so your data stays protected.
