Free UK delivery on every in-stock item, honest delivery dates shown per product, and a straightforward 14-day right to change your mind on top of your faulty-goods protection.
Free UK delivery
We offer free delivery on every in-stock item to UK mainland addresses — there is no minimum spend. Orders ship with tracked couriers (typically DHL, DPD or DX) and we email you tracking as soon as your unit is despatched.
Because different items ship from different UK supply partners, delivery speed varies a little by product. The exact estimated delivery window is shown on each product page before you buy. As a guide:
- 2–4 working days for most portable air conditioners and Costway-fulfilled items
- 2–3 working days for many dehumidifiers, fans and heaters (Pro Breeze, Meaco, Igenix)
- 3–4 working days for EcoAir-fulfilled items
Order cut-offs for same-day despatch vary by partner and are noted on the product page.
Pre-order and own-brand items
A small number of our own-brand units are made and imported to order for the best possible price. These are clearly marked as pre-order and typically ship in around 5–10 weeks (production, sea freight and UK customs). The expected timeframe is shown on the product page, and delivery is still free once the unit lands in the UK. If you need cooling sooner, choose an in-stock model.
Areas with surcharges, longer times or exclusions
Free delivery covers UK mainland. Some remote areas may carry a courier surcharge, take longer, or occasionally be unavailable depending on the item — this can include the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly.
Large or heavy units (around 30 kg and over) may be sent on a kerbside pallet delivery, meaning the driver delivers to your door/kerb rather than carrying it inside. If you're unsure about delivery to your postcode, email support@airconditioneruk.com before ordering and we'll confirm.
Tracking, failed deliveries and address accuracy
We email tracking when your order ships, so you can follow it and arrange a convenient time with the courier. Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we can't be responsible for delays or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a delivery fails because no one is available or the address was wrong, the courier will usually attempt redelivery or leave collection instructions; repeat failed deliveries may incur a re-delivery or return charge. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@airconditioneruk.com with your order number and we'll chase it for you.
Your 14-day right to cancel (change of mind)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a statutory right to change your mind. You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to tell us you wish to cancel — for any reason.
- Tell us within those 14 days — email support@airconditioneruk.com with your order number.
- Return the goods within 14 days of telling us, in a resaleable condition with the original packaging where possible.
- We refund the price plus standard outbound delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or your proof of return, whichever is sooner), to your original payment method.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled more than was necessary to check it (beyond what you could do in a shop).
After this 14-day period we are unable to accept returns for a change of mind. This time limit applies only to change-of-mind returns — it does not affect your separate legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, which are explained below.
Faulty, damaged or wrong items
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are fully protected and sit on top of the cancellation right above. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
- If an item is faulty within 30 days, you have the right to reject it for a full refund.
- After 30 days, you're entitled to a repair or replacement of a faulty item.
- If your item arrives damaged in transit or it's the wrong item, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, so we can resolve it fast.
- For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, we cover the cost of return and put it right.

How to start a return
Email support@airconditioneruk.com with your order number and whether you're cancelling (change of mind) or reporting a fault. We'll send you the correct return address and instructions for that item. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back, as different items return to different UK partner warehouses.
