The Costway 1500W infrared patio heater is a wall-mounted electric heater designed for outdoor and semi-sheltered spaces, using carbon-fibre heating tubes that warm objects and people directly rather than heating the air — the right approach for a garden or patio where convection heat would simply drift away. Three settings (500W, 1000W and 1500W) let you match output to the weather: at full 1500W it costs roughly 39p an hour at around 26p/kWh, dropping to about 13p on the gentle 500W setting, so infrared's directional warmth makes it economical for targeted outdoor heating. The head adjusts up to 45° to aim heat where you're sitting, and the included remote operates a 24-hour timer to save energy and add convenience. Infrared radiation heating is efficient and runs quietly. At just 2.5kg it mounts neatly and unobtrusively to a wall, built from carbon fibre and aluminium and measuring 66 x 10 x 20cm with a 150cm power cord.
