The headline figure is its running cost: at just 65W it draws about 0.065kW, costing under 2p an hour at around 26p/kWh — dramatically cheaper than any air conditioner, and refrigerant-free so there's no hose and no installation. A large 20L water tank means far fewer refills than smaller coolers, and two included ice blocks drop the output temperature further on hot days. You get 3 modes and 4 speed settings (up to a 10m/s wind speed), all controlled by the included remote, plus a 7.5-hour timer. It runs at ≤60dB. An honest note on evaporative cooling: it works by adding moisture to the air, so it's most effective in dry heat and underperforms once humidity climbs above about 60-70% — it lowers temperature and circulates air rather than refrigerating a room like an AC.
